Air Force Awards $140 Million Ballistic Missile Test Contract

The Air Force awarded a $140 million ballistic missile flight test and data collection and analysis support contract to Van Nuys, CA-based Xontech, Inc. and Chelmsfor, MA-based Schafer Corp., the Pentagon announced yesterday. The companies will "provide highly specialized scientific and technical analysis regarding air-breathing vehicles, satellites, and ballistic missile threats," a Defense Department statement reads.
