Air Force Hands Out $486 Million Aircrew Maintenance, Training Contract

The Air Force this week awarded ECC International Corp. of Orlando, FL, a $486 million contract for the upkeep of aircrew maintenance and training systems. According to a Nov. 17 Defense Department announcement, ECC's indefinite-deliver/indefinite-quantity contract involves "a program to design, develop, test, produce, modify, upgrade, deliver and sustain complex aircrew, maintenance and system-specific training systems through June 2006.
