Air Force Seeks Industry Help in New Information Fusion, Surveillance Project

Air Force Research Laboratory officials are looking for industry help in a $50 million information fusion research and development project, according to a draft request for proposals released by the lab today. The goal of the effort, dubbed Information Fusion and Understanding (IFU), is to boost research aimed at combining sensor or intelligence data into pieces of information officials can use to predict adversaries' actions.
