Army aims to test upgunned Stryker in Germany in 2018

The Army is continuing efforts to upgrade Strykers for use in Europe, with plans to hold tests for the upgunned variant in Germany early next year, according to the project manager. During a Feb. 3 interview, Col. Glenn Dean said the service plans to test the Stryker with the 30 mm cannon in Germany sometime in the January to March 2018 time frame.
