Army, Air Force Leaders Sign MOA Governing Future Cargo Aircraft

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL -- The Army and the Air Force recently signed a memorandum of agreement governing the way ahead for the joint development of a fixed-wing aircraft to ferry troops and equipment in theater, the Army's top acquisition official said yesterday.
