Army Auditors Recommend Restructuring Services' Environment

Army auditors are recommending that the service reorganize its installations and environment secretariat and develop a new "corporate organization" under the chief of staff that will consolidate three environmental functions into one division. The Army Audit Agency makes the recommendations in a 300-page report to the assistant secretary of the Army for installations and environment.
