Army Aviation Director Pegs Armed Recon Helicopter Cost at About $9 Million

The Army and Bell Helicopter have worked out an agreement to move forward with the troubled Armed Reconnaissance Helicopter, now expected to cost about $9 million per copy, according to Brig. Gen.
