Army Budget Chief Sees Threats to Service's Budget Priorities

The Army's military acquisition chief said today that he is "very concerned" about pressures on the service's budget. Those pressures are coming from within the Army's budget as well as from outside forces, Lt. Gen. Joseph Yakovac acknowledged during an Oct. 3 press briefing at the Association of the U.S. Army's annual meeting.
