Army crafts holistic review, sustainment strategy for aviation

The Army is finalizing two major projects pertaining to aviation, according to the chief of Aviation and Missile Command. The findings from a holistic review of Army aviation "will be on the street very soon," Maj. Gen. Douglas Gabram told Inside the Army July 27. Lt. Gen. Kevin Mangum, deputy chief of Training and Doctrine Command, is leading the task force conducting the review.
