Army makes progress on emerging cyber career field

The Army is continuing its effort to ramp up its cyber capabilities, the head of the service's cyber directorate said in outlining plans for the next year. Speaking Dec. 1 at an Association of Old Crows conference in Washington, Brig. Gen. Patricia Frost said the Army would also start training the 29-series career field this year.
