Army office to use FY-17 funds to expand defensive cyber capabilities beyond active units

The Army's program executive office for enterprise information systems plans to use fiscal year 2017 funds to expand cyber capabilities in the Army Reserve and National Guard, according to the product manager for defensive cyber operations.
