Army Restructuring Future Combat System Contract

The Army is restructuring the Future Combat System contract by taking a more traditional acquisition approach, the service announced today. Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) had been pressing the service to change the contracting structure for FCS and today met with Army Secretary Francis Harvey to discuss the decision.
