Army Stops Work On GCV Due To Protest

The Army, as expected, has officially stopped work on its Ground Combat Vehicle program until a pending protest with the Government Accountability Office can be resolved, according to a service statement. The protest was filed with GAO last week by Science Applications International Corp., which has teamed with Boeing and two German companies in an effort to win a $450 million GCV technology-demonstration bid.
