Army trying to fast-track acquisition for robotics programs

The Army is "taking risks in favor of accelerating programs," particularly robotics, according to a service official. Mark Mazzara, the robotics interoperability lead for the project manager for force projection, gave an update on the status of the Army's ground robotics portfolio at an industry conference Tuesday.
