Alliant Techsystems has completed its acquisition of Boeing's ordnance business, ATK announced today. The business, which produces medium-caliber gun systems for ground, sea and air platforms, will remain in Mesa, AZ, and be integrated into ATK Ammunition Systems, one of four operating units within ATK's Precision Systems Group, according to a company statement.
