AUSA Contends Army Needs Supplemental to Pass Before Congress Breaks for Memorial Day

A "disaster is looming" for the Army if Congress fails to deliver an emergency supplemental spending bill covering the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and hurricane relief to President Bush by May 29, according to the president of the Association of the U.S. Army.
