Australia Settles On MH-60R Seahawk, Will Buy 24 Helos From Navy

Australia will buy 24 MH-60R helicopters through a foreign military sale with the U.S. Navy, the first-ever purchase of the variant outside the United States, Capt. Dean Peters, the H-60 program manager, announced today. The service will deliver the aircraft between 2014 and 2018, Peters told reporters.
