Autonomous technology takes center stage in contractor acquisitions, investments

With the Pentagon pushing innovation, defense contractors and investors are focusing new attention on robotics and autonomous technologies. In recent months, General Dynamics has picked up a robotics company, while Enlightenment Capital has invested in Aurora Flight Sciences.
