Biden Plans Expeditious Review of Moscow Treaty

Senate Foreign Relations Committee Joseph Biden (D-DE) today pledged the panel will move "expeditiously" in considering a U.S.-Russian signed treaty for cutting both countries' strategic offensive weapons. The chairman also expressed confidence that the full Senate will vote on the agreement by the close of this congressional session.
