Bush Picks Army General to Become Next NSA Director

President Bush has nominated Army Lt. Gen. Keith Alexander to be the next director of the National Security Agency and the chief of the Central Security Service at Ft. Meade, MD, the Pentagon announced today. Alexander is the Army's chief of intelligence (G-2). If confirmed for the NSA slot, he would replace Air Force Lt. Gen.
