Bush: Syria Must Be Out of Lebanon By Spring Elections

President Bush today called on Syria to withdraw all its troops and intelligence personnel from Lebanon before parliamentary elections take place in the occupied nation this spring. Only this action would fully implement U.N. Security Council Resolution 1559, Bush said at the National Defense University in Washington.
