Cohen Setting Up 'Blue Ribbon' Panel To Review V-22 Program

Just hours after a Marine Corps V-22 Osprey crashed in the North Carolina countryside killing all four Marines onboard, Defense Secretary William Cohen began putting together a "blue ribbon" panel to review the state of the Osprey program, Pentagon spokesman Ken Bacon said today.
