Cubic adds two companies in effort to bolster C4ISR work

Cubic Corp. said this week it has purchased TeraLogics and agreed to buy GATR Technologies in an effort to bolster its C4ISR credentials. The two acquisitions follow a reorganization and the acquisition of DTECH LABS about a year ago, which the company said represented the first step in building a C4ISR business.
