Concerned the Navy and the Air Force might not fully support the Joint Strike Fighter program in their long-term budget plans, Deputy Defense Secretary Rudy de Leon issued a letter Tuesday to civilian and uniformed leaders of both departments, urging them to fully fund the tri-service fighter program.
