DISA Picks Top GIG-BE Engineer to be Chief Technology Officer

The Defense Information Systems Agency has chosen the former chief engineer for the Global Information Grid Bandwidth Expansion program to be its new chief technology officer, DISA announced today. In the CTO role, David Mihelcic will be the agency's senior authority on scientific, technical and engineering matters, the announcement states.
