DOD Establishes Pentagon Force Protection Agency

The Defense Department has established a new agency charged with providing an improved force protection structure and emergency response capability at the Pentagon and other military offices and installations in the Washington, DC area, according to a DOD directive signed May 3 by Deputy Defense Secretary Paul Wolfowitz.
