DOD Implementing New Initiatives to Enhance 'Irregular Warfare' Capabilities

The Defense Department has launched a set of new initiatives called for in its "irregular warfare" roadmap, a classified playbook for how the U.S. military will improve its capability to deal with unconventional security challenges, according to DOD officials.
