DOT&E: Army should take steps to correct PIM deficiencies

As the Army moves forward with Paladin Integration Management program testing, the service should continue to take steps to correct deficiencies, according to a report from the Pentagon's director of operational test and evaluation. In his annual report released Jan. 10 , J. Michael Gilmore recommends the Army continue development of breech component upgrades and verify corrections for deficiencies in the breech and engine.
