DOT&E: VH-92A not 'operationally suitable' for contingency operation missions

The new VH-92A presidential helicopter is not "operationally suitable" for contingency operation missions, according to the "controlled unclassified information" version of the Pentagon director of operational test and evaluation's annual report.
