DSB Report Urges Increased Focus on Clandestine Nuclear Attack Threat

The Defense Department needs to devote more attention and money toward efforts that could prevent terrorists from detonating nuclear device within the United States, according to a recently released Defense Science Board report . The threat should be treated at least as seriously as the Bush administration's concern about missile attacks against the homeland, the group adds.
