Lou Von Thaer, president of Leidos' national security sector, has been named chief executive of DynCorp International, the company told InsideDefense.com on Monday. Von Thaer will replace Jim Geisler, who has served as interim CEO since August, and will be tasked with moving DynCorp forward after what Geisler acknowledged has been a difficult time.
