England Gives DTRA Director Lead for STRATCOM's New WMD Center

Acting Deputy Defense Secretary Gordon England has given Defense Threat Reduction Agency Director James Tegnelia the additional job of leading U.S. Strategic Command's Center for Combating Weapons of Mass Destruction. In a Nov. 28 memo, obtained by InsideDefense.com this week, England updates DTRA's roles, first laid out when the agency was created in 1998.
