The Navy will receive its first low-rate initial production aircraft for the Marine Corps' new heavy-lift helicopter program more than a year late, according to a new watchdog report. The Government Accountability Office in a report published today said the Navy will receive the first two LRIP CH-53K King Stallions in September of 2021 instead of the previously scheduled July 2020 delivery.
