Former General: DOD Should Give Program Managers Cyber-Security 'Report Cards'

BALTIMORE, MD -- Industry and government have a long way to go before becoming more secure against cyber-threats, the Air Force's former assistant chief of staff for intelligence said yesterday. "We need to give report cards to program managers for doing an adequate job," said retired Maj. Gen. John Casciano at a National Defense Industrial Association-sponsored conference here.
