Franks: Preliminary Tests Show Canisters Found In Afghanistan Do Not Contain WMDs

Preliminary tests done on a number of canisters found in Afghanistan and thought to contain weapons of mass destruction have come back negative, the head of U.S. Central Command said today. "We have done preliminary screening on those canisters," Gen.
