GAO: DOD faces difficulties with Joint Exercise Program

The Defense Department faces difficulties overseeing its expenditures for its Joint Exercise Program, under which combatant commands participate in joint training exercises, a problem that could make it hard for defense officials to defend their budget, the Government Accountability Office found in a new report.
