GAO: Pentagon Should Establish Transition Goal For Rapid Innovation Program

The Pentagon should establish a clear transition goal for its Rapid Innovation Program to help enhance the department's ability to move technologies to acquisition programs, the Government Accountability Office recommends in a report released Thursday.
