GenCorp To Acquire General Dynamics' Space Propulsion Business For $90 Million

GenCorp subsidiary Aerojet-General Corp. has signed an agreement to acquire General Dynamics' space propulsion and fire suppression business, GenCorp announced today. The $90 million acquisition will be financed using debt and is expected to be slightly accretive to GenCorp's 2003 earnings, the company said in a statement. GenCorp forecasts the acquired business' net sales for 2002 to be approximately $60 million.
