Harris: THAAD is one of 'key pieces' in strategy to deter North Korea

As North Korea continues to bolster its missile capabilities, Terminal High Altitude Area Defense will serve as one of the “key pieces” in the United States' strategy to counter potential threats, according to the head of U.S. Pacific Command.
