House lawmakers are moving to mandate that the Pentagon present a report on Marine Corps Commandant General David Berger's Planning Guidance. The House Armed Services seapower and projection forces subcommittee's mark of the fiscal year 2021 defense policy bill features a provision that would require the defense secretary to present Congress with a report on executing the Commandant's Planning Guidance.
