House Democrats Protest CTR Funding Cut

Nine House Democrats are protesting the Pentagon's planned $46 million cut to the Nunn-Lugar Cooperative Threat Reduction program. In a letter sent yesterday to President Bush , the representatives argue that CTR funding should be increased, not decreased.
