House Poised to Vote Today on Nuclear Cooperation with India

The House is scheduled this afternoon to consider a landmark agreement between the United States and India that would pave the way for both countries to exchange nuclear reactor technology, fuel and expertise. President Bush and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh signed the nuclear deal earlier this year.
