Huntington Ingalls 'working with the Navy' to boost submarine supply

Huntington Ingalls is working with the Navy on a plan to produce more submarines, the company's chief executive told Inside Defense this week. The Navy's strategy for purchasing Virginia-class submarines has come under scrutiny following the release of the fiscal year 2017 budget request.
