Joint Forces Command Advisory Panel on Transformation Meets Again

U.S. Joint Forces Command this week convened the second meeting of a blue-ribbon advisory panel assembled to critique and advise the Norfolk-based command's efforts to transform the capabilities of the American military. The Transformation Advisory Group, comprising 19 leaders from academia, industry and the government met May 3 in Norfolk, according to defense officials. The first meeting was Nov. 30. Adm.
