Jones: U.S. Has Pacts Covering 'Security Locations' With Nearly 10 African Nations

Pentagon officials have secured agreements with "eight to 10" South and West African nations that would allow the U.S. military to temporarily use facilities there to launch missions, the U.S. European Command chief told InsideDefense.com yesterday.
