JROC Cans UAV Executive Agent Idea, Backs Joint Center of Excellence

The Joint Requirements Oversight Council has decided the Defense Department does not need an executive agent for unmanned aerial vehicles, putting to rest a dispute between the Air Force, which sought to assume that title, and the Army, Navy and Marine Corps, which strongly opposed the idea.
