JTRS Ground Mobile Radio Triggers Nunn-McCurdy Breach

The Army's Ground Mobile Radio program recently triggered a Nunn-McCurdy breach when the service decided to drastically cut its acquisition objective by nearly 90 percent, according to an Army memo.
