Lawmaker: Reversing cruiser plan will raise bipartisan concern, scrutiny

An influential House lawmaker believes the Navy's decision to reverse its plan to extend the service life of the entire cruiser fleet will raise bipartisan concern and scrutiny as Congress considers the fiscal year 2017 defense budget request.
