Lawmakers Call For 'Anytime, Anywhere' Nuclear Inspections In Iran

Two House lawmakers introduced a resolution today calling on the international community to press for vigorous inspections of Iran's nuclear program. Reps. Edward Markey (D-MA), co-chairman of the Bipartisan Taskforce on Nonproliferation, and Christopher Shays (R-CT), chairman of the Government Reform national security, emerging threats and international relations subcommittee, sponsored the resolution out of concern that Iran's nuclear ambitions include the development of nuclear weapons.
