Lawmakers Decry Lack Of Info About SOCOM Office In Capital Region

Lawmakers are complaining to the Defense Department about a lack of information for a planned U.S. Special Operations Command National Capital Region "entity," demanding that officials tell Congress about the purpose and cost of the organization, according to defense-spending legislation released this week.
